Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed for both you and us to make sure we are a great fit.

Our two-way process enables you to showcase your skills and experience and for us to assess your suitability for our role. We also want you to have the opportunity to find out about our company and culture and make sure we are the right organisation to start or continue your career with.

Our step-by-step process

For the majority of our roles we follow a simple three or four stage process. We aim to complete this as quickly as possibly – usually within two weeks of your application.

1. Role brief

A chat with one of our recruiters enables you to find out more about the specifics of the jobs, ask any essential questions and discuss salary expectations.

2. Telephone interview

This short conversation covers a few key competency-based questions for us to start assessing your suitability.

3. Role play interview

For our operations roles only, successful candidates then move into a role play-based assessment where you will be tested in job-specific situations. This gives most candidates a great opportunity to showcase their skills.

4. Competency interview

Finally you will be invited to a final stage interview with the hiring manager to discuss your experience, skills and achievements to date. For some roles this may include a presentation, written task or test.
