    Test Centre Associates

    Test Centre Associates are the friendly faces that meet and greet people taking tests in our centres, carry out the vital identification checks, ensure no-one can gain an unfair advantage throughout the tests, and provide great customer service. These customer facing roles are highly rewarding and offer a huge amount of flexibility.

    Senior Test Centre Associates

    Senior Test Centre Associates have the same duties as Test Centre Associates, but with some additional supervisory responsibility, such as the opening and closing of sites and being the first responder for incidents.

    Team Leader

    Teams Leaders are responsible for running elements of a local Test Centre. They use their leadership, organisational and attention to detail skills to ensure that all functions of the Test Centre are operating properly during their shift and that Test Centre Associates are organised and delivering a great service.

  • 4

    Regional Test Centre Manager

    Regional Test Centre Manager is responsible for a group of Test Centres across a geographical region. They use excellent people and leadership skills to get to the best from their teams and are responsible for all of the test centre operations, staff observations, succession planning, logistics, and data reporting.
